AMEND on lines 40 and 41 by deleting the language "abortion rates compared to the calendar year 1995 average" and inserting the following language:

the number of abortions performed on county residents compared to the number for calendar year 1998

AMEND FURTHER on lines 46 and 47 by deleting the language "and/or the community action agency must submit a plan for the county" and inserting the following language:

shall appoint an advisory committee the members of which shall include, but not be limited to, the director of the county health department, the director of the county department of human services, the superintendent of each public school district in the county, the director of the community action agency in the county, the director of the county primary health care association, and the county agent for the Mississippi Cooperative Extension Service, or the designees of any of these persons, which shall develop a plan for the county and submit the plan
